From March 18 to April 11, all six Chef Ambassadors will take over our Outdoor Teaching Kitchen for live cooking demonstrations, sharing their stories and showcasing how they contribute to and preserve the rich culinary culture and legacy of San Antonio.

Let's have a Fiesta cookout, garden-style! Enjoy tacos, beer, margaritas, music, and a tour of the Culinary Garden with Texas Master Gardeners. Chefs Erik Perales and Mark Weaver will be demoing and teaching all things "asada," celebrating the food that is puro San Antonio. Fiesta attire is highly encouraged.
