Under the direct supervision of the San Antonio Botanical Garden Director of Youth, Family and School Learning, the Camp Counselor will offer educational programs and experiences that communicate the importance of plants and nature. This person will work collaboratively with other staff and volunteers to facilitate summer programming. Duties include, but are not limited to, interacting with campers, assisting with youth and family programs, facilitating activities for camp programs, gathering, and preparing materials for programs, and supporting related educational programs.
The San Antonio Botanical Garden seeks a detail-oriented and motivated Full-Time Conservation Technician to support the Conservation & Collections team. This role focuses on plant collections data entry and management within IrisBG, the Garden’s plant collections database, as well as seed cleaning and processing for the Garden’s seed bank.

Duties include, but are not limited to, interacting with guests, assisting with youth and family programs, facilitating drop-in activity stations for program events, gathering, and preparing materials for programs, and supporting related educational programs.

Under the direction of the Irrigation Specialist, the Helper will be responsible for testing and inspecting irrigation systems in facilities, conducting required maintenance of the irrigation systems and installation of irrigation systems.
Reporting to the President & CEO, the VP serves as the strategic marketing and communications leader and organization-wide brand steward for the San Antonio Botanical Garden. This position combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on brand management, leading a four-person team while serving as the primary liaison between marketing and communications, department leads, and external agencies. The VP develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies that advance SABG’s mission, drive attendance and revenue, and position the organization as a world-class botanical institution.
