Summer Camp
At the San Antonio Botanical Garden, campers can find their inner nature steward as they explore the wonders of the outdoors through hands-on art, science, and cooking activities.
Spend summer days exploring, creating, cooking, and getting a little dirty in the best way possible. San Antonio Botanical Garden Summer Camps invite kids and teens ages 5–17 to dig into hands-on adventures that blend nature, art, science, and culinary creativity.
This year, we’ve extended our camp day to allow for an even richer mix of activities, outdoor exploration, and garden-inspired fun. Whether your camper loves bugs, color, cooking, or asking why, there’s a camp waiting for them.

Extended care is a new add-on option we will be adding this year.
For families that need to pick up their campers later than 3:30 p.m. (after the camp session has concluded), the Camp staff provides extended care Monday through Friday from 3:30 – 5 p.m. and is only offered to campers enrolled in a Day Camp program. The cost is $50 per camper per week. Together, campers and counselors will decide on the schedule.
