Free with Garden admission and membership, Celebrate Days are a fun way for families to engage with plants and nature within our beautiful 38 acres. Celebrate Days are the Garden’s themed, all-ages events that occur monthly with rotating themes based around special exhibitions, nature, and cultural holidays. These events include live music and performances by local artists, concessions, as well as hands-on education activities led by volunteers and garden educators.
Children's Vegetable Garden
The Children’s Vegetable Garden Program is an opportunity for children ages 7-16 to grow their own vegetables with the help of educators and volunteers. Each family is allotted a 3.5′ by 28′ garden plot and take the vegetables they grow in the Garden home. Every Saturday meeting features a planting activity or presentation to connect children to plants, nature, and the food they eat!
