This iteration of Culinary Passport takes us to Vietnam! With a terrain and climate similar to Texas, Vietnam boasts a unique cuisine of vibrant aromatics and spice.

We will be making a Vietnamese version of a crepe called Bahn Xio, a Mint Salad with Chicken, a classic Chicken and Rice and finishing up with a Pho Spiced Ice Cream! Vietnam is hot and humid, so see what works well in Texas in the Summer!
