“Cristina Torrico is a
passionate local beekeeper, a Texas Honey Sommelier, and a small batch honey producer. She is the frst San Antonian that is an internationally trained Honey Sommelier and is also a member of The National Italian Registry of Experts in Honey Sensory Analysis. She now brings that expertise back to Texas to walk you through a presentation of the journey of nectar to honey, a guided Honey Tasting experience of local honey and beyond with small bites food pairing.” This class is recommended for all age groups and skill levels
