Guest Chef Series – PJ Edwards of Meadow Neighborhood Eatery

Chef PJ Edwards grew up throughout the South before putting down roots in La Vernia, Texas which is a place he is proud to call home. After cooking in respected kitchens across the country PJ returned to South Texas to open Meadow with his wife, Lindsey. His cooking is thoughtful, seasonal, and rooted in a strong sense of place, with a menu that celebrates what is fresh and close to home. For one evening in the garden, PJ will share that philosophy through food inspired by the season and the place he calls home.
