Participants of the Sound Bath can expect to be lulled into deep relaxation using the sounds of singing bowls, gong, tuning forks, vocals, and other sound sources to provide a meditative and healing environment while seated on the ground or more traditionally lying down on the ground. Please bring a mat/blanket and water.
