We’re paying homage to the spud by discussing what makes a potato so delicious and versatile, and showing you how to win your next potluck with a loaded menu. We’re hashing out: Thai-inspired sweet potatoes, chimichurri roasted new potatoes, and of course, we’ll be divulging all the secrets to the perfect mashed potato. Wear your stretchy pants because in this vegetarian class, we’re serving up starch, starch, and more starch!
