In this class, we’ll take advantage of the garden’s abundant basil harvest by making fresh pulled MOOTZ with bright basil pesto, building the ultimate caprese with slow-roasted tomatoes, or preparing slow-cooked tomato sauce with grilled bread. Come join us while you sip on a glass of wine, enjoy seasonal bites, and leave ready to recreate this delicious combination in your own kitchen with the complimentary mozzarella curd you will go home with.
