Step into the Outdoor Teaching Kitchen and answer the call of the coast. Join us for a hands-on class where the Gulf Coast meets the Frontera.

You’ll roll fresh flour tortillas, roast marinated pescado, and bring it all together with roasted peach pico and chipotle crema, while we have a big ole pot of ranchero beans simmering away.

Finish with a Pineapple Margarita or beer and enjoy the meal you’ve created. Come hungry, leave inspired and be ready to bring the flavors of the coast home.
