As the temperatures rise, join us in the Carriage House for a hands-on cooking class that keeps things cool. Together, we’ll celebrate the vibrant flavors of Coastal Latin America while exploring refreshing techniques you can recreate at home all summer long.

In this class, we’ll prepare two distinct styles of ceviche inspired by the culinary traditions of Lima, Peru, and Veracruz, Mexico. Using fresh summer produce from the culinary garden, we’ll highlight bright citrus, herbs, and seafood and vegetables in dishes that are both elegant and approachable.

Along the way, relax with a classic pisco sour and enjoy an evening of fresh flavors, seasonal ingredients, and warm-weather cooking inspiration.

This hands-on cooking class and tour is recommended for those who are 18+ (21+ for alcohol)

Includes one drink ticket for designated drink(s) options during the class. Additional drinks available for purchase. Undercooked seafood will be consumed during this class.
