To fully ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, the Botanical Garden asks for your help by adhering to the guest guidelines listed below. Those who do not comply may regretfully have their visit ended early.
Plan your group visit to the Garden hassle-free by purchasing your tickets in advance. Designed for groups looking to explore at their own pace, these tickets provide entry without the need for a guide and are not intended for school groups.
To secure your tickets, simply select your visit date and indicate the number of adults and children (aged 3-13) in your group. Enjoy a $2 discount per ticket when purchasing 15 or more. Please note, this discount does not apply to student or child tickets, as they are already discounted.
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. Remember to bring either a printed or digital copy of your ticket upon arrival. Upon entry, all guests will receive a garden map for navigation. Please be aware that advance group tickets are valid for general admission only and exclude other ticketed events or classes. These tickets grant access from the Garden’s opening time until closing.
