UNESCO City of Gastronomy Guest Chef Series: Jason Dady

The San Antonio Botanical Garden Guest Chef Series is thrilled to partner with the SA City of Gastronomy Chef Ambassadors. From March 18 to April 11, all six Chef Ambassadors will take over our Outdoor Teaching Kitchen for live cooking demonstrations, sharing their stories and showcasing how they contribute to and preserve the rich culinary culture and legacy of San Antonio.

About the Guest Chef

Jason Dady is an American chef, restaurateur, and entrepreneur. He is known for his appearances on television cooking shows, including “BBQ Brawl,” “Iron Chef Gauntlet,” and “Beat Bobby Flay” on Food Network. He’s also the founder of Chef Jason Dady Restaurants where he has planned and open 20 restaurants in the last 25 years. He continues to mentor other chefs and supports culinary youth programs that help share the future of San Antonio’s food scene.
