This evening, the culinary team dives into one of life's simplest pleasures, fresh mozzarella! We'll be pulling mozzarella from fresh curds to pair with other simply wonderful ingredients. Enjoy a glass of wine and some bites while being equipped to make your own fresh MOOTZ!
